Valentine Slalom 2022
The Valentine Slalom, which is the third event in the 2022 B&DCC Autotest Championship, will be taking place on 6th February 2022 at Blandford Camp. COVID PERMITTING.
The new signing on and timing system will be used for this event. Below is a link to enter the event which will take you to a browser of choice. From here please complete the boxes. Everything is fairly self- explanatory including a few drop- down boxes for skill level (Expert/Lady/Novice) and also for class, which is by engine capacity. The closing date for entries is Tuesday 1st February.
VERY IMPORTANT – please ensure that you email the names and addresses of the people/service crew attending the event to:- Sjcandy@hotmail.co.uk for the camp gate list. If their name is not on the list – they will not be allowed in!
Also include details of your tow vehicle (make and registration number) in the general notes section at the bottom of the entry form.
Once you have completed the form and pressed the green ‘Register Entry’ icon, you can then click the ‘Entry Management Tab’ at the top of the page. Under ‘Registered Entries’ you will see all people who have registered for the event including yourself. Halfway along the line of your entry you will see a Paypal link. Simply press this and it will take you straight to Paypal where you can easily pay for the event. Please pay this way if possible. If you do not have a Paypal account please pay by BACS using drivers name as reference (sort code: 30-96-73 account number: 03026022 account name: Bournemouth & District Car Club Ltd)
Once you have completed and submitted this, you can download the app using the link below. Under the ‘live’ tab at the top you can find our event (it is listed in date order) which will display entries so far and will also have the timings live on the day.
We will primarily be using this system on the day of the event but also taking written records of timings as a backup. Should the app fail for some reason, we will then produce results from the hand written timing sheets but these would be processed post event and not on the day.

As always, we need lots of marshals. If you are not competing, come along and marshal as the event cannot run without you. Please fill in the Marshals Signing- On Declaration Form by clicking on the link below. When you have completed the form click the green Register Marshal icon
